Acute Admissions

General practitioners may refer patients for admission to La Trobe Private Hospital 24 hours a day, seven days a week. Please call the nursing co-ordinator on 03 9473 8900.

Elective Admissions

Elective admissions are arranged through the office of an accredited medical practitioner. In most cases a general practitioner refers a patient to a consultant at their rooms where an elective admission is arranged if appropriate.
